Hyundai E&C offers concierge services at Hillstate Sunhwa The Wise

Hyundai Engineering & Construction’s (Hyundai E&C) residential and commercial complex now on sale in Daejeon, is drawing attention for its concierge services, the builder said Thursday.

Concierge services are commonly seen in hotels that handle everything collectively according to the customer’s needs, such as laundry, room cleaning, room service meals and valet parking. There has been increasing demand for high-quality concierge services in upscale residential complexes in Korea.

The complex, called Hillstate Sunhwa The Wise, is composed of five buildings, each standing 49-stories tall aboveground with five basement floors. The size of apartments varies from 84 square meters to 174 square meters and a total of 851 households can live in the residential complex.

The builder signed a business agreement with DOPDA, the top VIP concierge service company in Korea, to provide face-to-face services to residents.

DOPDA will provide various services, including waste disposal, car and room cleaning as well as booking transport to airport or golf clubs. There is also a “Kids Care Service” with English-speaking

babysitters. Hillstate Sunhwa The Wise signed the contract with DOPDA for two years and residents can choose to extend the deal afterwards.

Jungang-ro Station on Daejeon Subway Line 1 is within walking distance from the complex and it takes only five minutes to travel from the subway stop to Daejeon Station, where other subway, KTX and SRT lines intersect, including the Gyeongbu Line.
