Tradition and Experiment: Pungmul Sejong M Theater June 13

The orchestral music series “Tradition and Experiment” is a new regular repertoire for the Seoul Metropolitan Traditional Orchestra. It is a creative stage where composers research and experiment with themes of Korea’s traditional art. This year, the ensemble will reinterpret “pungmul,” an outdoor folk music tradition that includes singing, dancing and percussion.
