Ferrari has launched an exhibition showcasing key models including the newly released Ferrari Roma Spider during its Universo Ferrari event. The exhibition is being held for the first time in Asia at Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) in Seoul and is scheduled to run for four days starting Thursday and ending June 4.

Universo Ferrari is the third such event to be held globally, following Italy and Australia, and is now opening for the first time in Asia.

“Korea is a very important market for Ferrari, and holding this special exhibition in Seoul is our way of thanking all our owners and fans for their passion and support. With Universo Ferrari, we wanted to give visitors a chance to see close up what being a part of the Ferrari family means,” said Ferrari CMO Enrico Galliera said.

Universo Ferrari is carefully curated to highlight all aspects of the company’s extensive activities, from classic car services to Formula One racing, from the exclusive experiences organized for Ferrari clients to the current model line-up, including the latest Ferrari Roma Spider, launched globally in March this year.

A total of 22 Ferrari models are displayed, including 19 cars and three prototypes. The exhibition is conducted as a guided docent tour lasting approximately one hour. In some themed areas, representatives from the Italian headquarters are taking part as guides.

During Universo Ferrari, a new convertible sports car, the Ferrari Roma Spider debuted in Korea, Thursday. The Korean premiere was attended by key executives including Benedetto Vigna, CEO of Ferrari, and Enrico Galliera, CMO of Ferrari.

The Ferrari Roma Spider moves the La Nuova Dolce Vita concept of Ferrari Roma beyond city limits for elegant and carefree driving.

Universo Ferrari is available exclusively to Ferrari clients and guests until June 3 and will be opened to the general public on June 4, the final day of the exhibition. The public day tickets, which went on sale online on May 15, sold out within just 1 minute.
