Eva Armisen: Andando Daejeon Expo Plaza Until June 30 Max Dalton: Moments in Film 63

SongEun holds its first exhibition highlighting 48 works from the Chinese contemporary art collection amassed by prominent Swiss collector Uli Sigg. Sigg is known for having built a mammoth collection on the genre for over three decades and eventually donating nearly 1,500 pieces to the M+ museum in Hong Kong in 2012. This show provides a glimpse into the collector’s artistic palate for the first time in Korea.

Spanish artist Eva Armisen’s works of art, often said to give people a sense of hope and healing, will be exhibited in Daejeon this spring, following its run in Seoul’s War Memorial of Korea last year. The show will include her latest works that have been created especially for her Koreans fans. Her paintings, themed under family, love, COVID-19, nature and life, are all designed to comfort any who come closer.

Unfolding at the 63 Square building in Seoul is Argentine graphic artist Max Dalton’s pop-culture inspired art. On view are a total of 104 illustrations that capture memorable scenes from cinematic masterpieces that we all know, including: “Grand Budapest Hotel,” “Jurassic Park” and the “Star Wars” series. His works inspired by Bong Joonho’s “Snowpiercer” and “Mother” have been unveiled for the first time.
