Gwangju club hosts punk show

Yes, there’s punk in Gwangju, at least sometimes. Club Boojik will be the venue for a show this Saturday billed as both “Boojik Day 11” and “Punk Smash.” Local Gwangju bands Monkey Pee Quartet, TwoFive and Dirty Rockhon will be welcoming outof-town bands WinningShot, Rumkicks, Sweet Gasoline and Love Myself to the city of light.

Tickets cost 20,000 won in advance or 30,000 won at the door, and the show starts at 6 p.m. Visit fb.com/Club.BooJik for more information.
