Jean Jullien: Then, There DDP

A variety of art by Jean Jullien, a French-born graphic artist and illustrator whose wide-ranging oeuvre has appeared on the covers of The New Yorker and National Geographic, will arrive in Seoul next month. His first large-scale retrospective here will be a chance to view his works, including the latest ones, which all offer a glimpse into people’s daily lives and social issues through the artist’s quirky and witty tone.

Welcome to the Haribo World Insa Central Museum Oct. 13-March 12, 2023

The jelly brand Haribo is coming to Seoul next month with its first-ever media exhibition in celebration of its 100th anniversary. The show’s each section boasts different themes, from a carnival to an imaginary jelly-filled jungle named “Wild Gummy Sanctuary” and a library named after the brand’s founder, Hans Rigel. One section presents a series of Haribo’s Goldbears-inspired works of art created in exclusive collaboration with Korean contemporary artists.
